Glenn is a Master Locksmith as well as Safe & Vault Technician, Financial Institution Physical Security Specialist and certified ATM engineer. He has been employed in the locksmith industry over 20 years and is well versed in all aspects of the locksmith trade. He has been nationally recognized with the 2016 Diebold Top 1% of the Top 1% award for his work on safes & vaults as well as ATM machines. He was chosen as one of 30 technicians from a field of over 3,500 candidates for the award. He holds a Doctor of Education with a concentration in Performance Improvement, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Resource Allocation concentration, a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice / Intelligence Studies, a post graduate certificate in Counter Terrorism, and is a certified Electro-mechanical Engineer.  He is a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt (SSMBB) and is a Federal Aviation Administration licensed pilot.  Glenn considers himself a life-long learner and lives by the motto "It's not that I can and others can't.  It's that I will and others won't."

Lance Letteer, MBA

Certified Advanced Locksmith / Physical Security Expert

Lance became a certified locksmith in 2008 and is a 3rd generation locksmith. He has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with an Information Technology Management concentration and a Bachelor's degree in Security Management / Information Security.  He is currently working toward Master Locksmith certification.

Xaviere-Paul Letteer

Master Locksmith

Xaviere has been around the locksmith industry his entire life and is a 4th generation locksmith.  He began picking and rekeying locks when he was only 4 years old.  Xaviere recently achieved Master Locksmith certification.  At the age of 26, he is now the youngest Master Locksmith in Utah and one of the youngest in America.  He specializes in automotive locksmithing and he is tasked with product research and ensures our company stays on top of the ever-changing locksmith industry with the latest tools and techniques.

Heather Kotomski (Soon to be Letteer)

Shop Manager (Ogden)

Heather is our Ogden shop manager.  She handles shop work and ensures our daily shop activities run smoothly.  She is currently working toward Certified Locksmith certification.

Lucia Letteer

Inventory Specialist/Apprentice

Lucia is our inventory specialist and shop apprentice.  She ensures our stock and special orders are current and handles basic locksmith duties in the shop.   She is a college student completing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration.
